By H. Heathcote Statham, 1902-05, described by Pevsner as "three self-consciously original red brick facades". Statham was editor of The Builder, which occupied no. 4. The top of the building is most entertaining (Image]). Partly occupied by Loch Fyne, seafood restaurant.
