25 and 26 Compton Road are a pair of Poynder estate cottages. Built in 1875 as part of a group of estate cottages to designs by Henry Weaver from his book 'Hints on Cottage Architecture'. Listed, grade II, with details at: https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1391778
