This building at HMS Drake houses the officer's quarters, wardroom blocks and officer's mess. It was built in 1898-1902 and designed by Superintendent Engineer Major Monro Wilson of the Royal Engineers. It was part of the second phase of the barracks. The officers were housed in Howard and Seymour blocks before it was built.
