Taylor Wimpey's Stour Valley Development on the former British Sugar Corporation site is partially complete. The houses in the foreground are under construction but those in the background appear to be completed. As is usually the case with modern housing there is little space between houses and not much garden. Some of the two bedroom houses have a floor space of just 602 square feet. Image
