Telfords Warehouse is a Georgian building that has been reinvented as a fine music venue, wine bar, restaurant and art gallery. Much of the original structure and artefacts can be seen inside the building. The Shropshire Union Canal, without which 'Telfords' would not exist, continues ahead towards Ellesmere Port, and to the right it ascends the Northgate flight of locks.
