Located between Pier Street and Humber Place, Nos.69 to 73 Humber Street have been converted to new uses consequential of the relocation of the city's fruit market in 2009. No.69: Fruit Trade Music, the recording studio of Mikey Scott, musician and producer. No.70: Brewery Wharf, a micro-brewery founded 2011, and shop opened 2014, by The Yorkshire Brewery Company; Nos.71-72: The Warehouse, specialists in distressed stock; No.73: Thieving Harry's, opened 17 July 2011 in the premises formerly occupied by Gibson Bishop & Co. Ltd., whose name remains on the first floor frontage. Having relocated twice, the business that retails 'food and stuff', is back where it began.
