Set back from the west side of the B3140 Berrow Road, Woodlands is an Abbeyfield Burnham & Highbridge Society assisted living detached house. The Abbeyfield website states that "Assisted living offers affordable, high quality living for people who want to be as independent and self-reliant as possible without the worry of maintaining their own home".
