As a pair, these buildings were granted a Grade II listed status in 1986 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101366861-old-school-houserose-cottage-buildwas#.WOXj0fkrKM8 Much of the timber framed structure is thought to date from the early 17th century.
