The vehicles are an SWH van and an SWH Civils van. SWH is South West Highways, whose origins are in highways maintenance as a new company formed specifically to win the Devon County Council highways contract in 1995. In 2017 SWH is jointly owned by Colas Ltd and Eurovia UK Ltd.
