Foothills of The Forest of Dean and 1.25 mile wide stretch of the upper Severn estuary. The exposed sands are called The Noose and to the right Frampton Sands. In the distance is the Cotswold escarpment.. You can also see Slimbridges, Cambridge and parts of Stroud.
