A Grade II* listed building at the western end of High Street. https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1163089 . It is a mid-18thC L-plan house with a later 18thC facade with parapet. The frontage is of gault brick, and the house has a tiled Mansard roof. It was the home of the artist Dendry-Sadler (1854-1923) from 1900-1923. http://www.tate.org.uk/art/artists/walter-dendy-sadler-469 .
