Taken from Lumley Place, this modern redbrick TE has the code WNCSC. It provides telephone and broadband services to 17,859 residential and 1,678 non-residential premises in Chester city centre plus Great Boughton, Hoole, Huntington and Vicars Cross nearby. Behind the black gates to the left of the photo can be seen CCTV cameras and a yellow grit salt bin.
