Planning permission was granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 15/01250/AMND/AS, the “amended plans approved revision to the internal layout, further external cladding; increase in size of dormer windows on rear; changes to fenestration on rear on planning permission 15/01250/AS for the conversion of existing pub to 6 apartments”.
