Grove Place is a mid-late 18th century, brick-built, slate-roofed, 3 storey town house. Formerly a house of status, it became the Denbigh Police Station c.1930 until 2001. The new building just beyond it is the new headquarters for Grwp Cynefin, which operates a number of affordable homes schemes across north Wales.
