Newly built sheltered accommodation on the west side of Durham Drive. According to its website, "Deneside Court offers a hybrid model of residential and nursing care providing appropriate accommodation solutions and personalised levels of support to adults who have acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, neurological, learning or physical disabilities".
