This public footpath is one of four rear accesses to premises in Clarence Park Road - two on this evens side and two on the odds side. This is the only one that isn't motorable as garage access for its whole length. It runs between Wheaton and Roberts Roads. It is not immediately clear whether the sign refers to the premises on whose fence it is fixed, or to the entrance opposite - I presume the latter.
