Planning permission was approved, with conditions, by Medway Council under application number MC/16/5114 for the “retrospective change of use from Class use C3 (7x Flats) to C1 (18 bedroomed hotel) together with the conversion of pitched roof to mansard roof with dormer windows, internal alterations and extension of existing parapet wall”.
