The back of the Green Room Theatre is directly left. Next along that side is the derelict Central Plaza Hotel, with scaffolding against the main building. The lane continues underneath Victoria Viaduct, where it joins Bush Brow. By the bottom of the drainpipe on the left, a grey bird can just be made out - for a closer view, see Image . This lane was always very quiet because hardly anybody has a reason to go down there. Even more so now, since it is closed by barriers either side of the scaffolding.
