Planning permission was granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/15/01079 for the “refurbishment of original Portal House building alongside demolition of later extension and existing teaching buildings. Construction of a new three storey teaching block and gymnasium with associated hard and soft landscaping”. Work has started on the teaching block, since my last visit showing the Image
