Located on the corner of Medina Place and built in the early 1850s. The pub is currently on its fourth name: it was originally the Cliftonville Inn; between 1983-1997 it was the Mary Pack, named after a former landlady who ran the pub throughout the 1970s; from 1997 it was the Red Lion, see Image; since 2015 after a refurbishment it acquired its current name, The Better Half.
