Former Texaco Garage, Kingsway, Hove

Closed in 2015 and awaiting redevelopment. Originally open land that became a garage and motor showroom in the 1920s. That building was demolished in the 1970s, see http://regencysociety-jamesgray.com/volume12/source/jg_12_102.html and replaced by a modern filling station. Around 2014 a lorry crashed into it causing extensive damage at which point despite reopening Texaco decided it was uneconomic and closed it for good.
