The Grand Staircase, Rochdale Town Hall

The stone Grand Staircase, which leads from the vestibule to the Great Hall, is decorated with stained glass. The central window is given over to the Royal arms. It is flanked on either side by windows depicting the arms of Manchester, Liverpool, the Duchy of Lancaster, and Rochdale.
