Aka Norfolk Tower. There is no doubting that it is a tower and that it is in Norfolk. All very assertive in reinforced concrete and featuring a dominant service tower. Just shy of 150 feet, it is one of the city's tallest buildings. By Furze & Hayden, 1971-72.
