In February 2017, the name sign at the entrance to Cordes House shows Chapelwood Financial Planning on the ground floor and Price & Partners Accountants on the first floor. The To Let board is for first floor offices. An oval blue plaque http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1625746 records the building's history.
