According to the CB1 website, One Station Square, on the right, "is the landmark address of the whole development, with a building to match. It has been designed as a modern interpretation of classic design proportions to compliment [sic] the Grade-2 listed station façade". Neither buff-coloured building looked very exciting on a drab winter afternoon.
