These grand but neglected buildings now have an “all enquiries” sign. The agents describe them as “The subject property consists of three attracive [sic] substantial interlinked tow [sic] terraces constructed c. 1850. No. 14 and 15 are listed with B1 status and No. 16 is listed as B+ The buildings are avaiable [sic] either as a single-let headquarters or is [sic] capable of being sub-divided to suit the requirements of multiple occupiers. The orginal [sic] features will be retained with the building being converted to commercial uses such as boutique hotek [sic], health clinic, high specification offices, or alternatively residential apartments or town terraces (subject to planning).”
