From Hawthorn Avenue, viewed in mid February 2016. The path leads to a temporary footbridge over the South Wales main line. The footbridge was installed before the closure of the nearby Somerton Road bridge. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5270655 CERDDWYR is Welsh for PEDESTRIANS (or walkers).
