A stair tower in Park Hill Flats. The façade facing Sheffield city centre has recently been refurbished with brightly coloured panel décor and the green area adjacent to South Street has also been reprofiled imparting a clean and contemporaneous appearance. But step behind the façade to be greeted with a faintly sinister, post apocalyptic scene.
