Weedon residents say no New Street development

A planning application to build 121 new homes on a site off New Street has been bitterly opposed in the village and these placards seem to be everywhere. The latest news at the time of this photograph was that the Court of Appeal had dismissed developer's appeal on the planning inspector's decision that the development should not take place, but the next move was awaited.
