Located in Lewis House, Swan Street, set back from Chester Street. Age Connects North East Wales is an independent local charity supporting people over the age of 50 in Flintshire and Wrexham. Its aim is to enable older people in the local community to live independently in their own homes for as long as they choose to do so.
