These farm buildings were to b a steading development [an exclusive development of 3 and 4 bedroom family homes]that appears to have been abandoned - it has been documented by Richard Webb since 2008 http://www.geograph.org.uk/search.php?i=68801161 - but no progress appears to have been made.
