The site of disused shops which were once a sound system equipment shop and Chippenham's only proper hardware store (Dentons). The last incarnation of the hardware shop being as "Funk and Chic", a boutique outlet store, whatever that means, which moved into the town centre. The plot has planning permission for eight flats.
