Lines to Plymouth [2]

Seen from the bridge carrying the road from Edington to Steeple Ashton, these lines head towards Plymouth. The next station is Westbury although not all trains stop there. This is the site of the former Edington & Bratton station. The station closed to passengers in November 1952 and to goods in march, 1963. The station yard has been developed as a small industrial estate. See Image
