These words appear on a wall at the side of Newhall Lane, although as an explanatory notice states, the mill was "one mile north-west of here" (actually only half a mile as the crow flies!). The mill buildings were still standing in 2009 Image Image but had been demolished by the end of that year Image and the site is now occupied by houses (South Brook Gardens) Image These stone letters and numbers originally adorned one wall of the mill Image
