Located on the corner of Osborne Villas and built in the 1850s. The houses previously had their own forecourt separated from Kingsway by a wall but these were lost when the A259 was widened in the early 1970s, see http://regencysociety-jamesgray.com/volume12/source/jg_12_127.html for a view taken in 1965.
