The red brick building is now called "Principal" but was built by the Refuge Assurance company, and the front of it faces onto Oxford Street. It was built in 1891. The pale art deco building to the right is India House, in Whitworth Street. That dates from 1906. The Refuge Assurance building is grade II* listed https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1271429 India House was built as a packing and shipping warehouse, and is grade II* listed https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1254836 Taken from the car park in Pritchard Street
