A Harry Redfern design which replaced a earlier pub on the same site and was completed for the State Management Scheme in December 1937. While there was no room for a bowling green, The Crown Inn (also known as The Crown Hotel) contained a public bar, refreshment room, smoking room, billiards room and a small off-sales department. Still trading. See also: Image] . Photograph is for record only - I have no connection with this business and cannot advise on its products or services.
