Planning permission has been approved by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y15/0070/NMC for the non material change to planning application Y10/1080/SH - Extension to time limit of planning permission Y03/0886/SH for the erection of six two-storey dwellings following demolition of single-storey motel”.
