From the minor road skirting Frenni Fawr, along the northern edge of this gridsquare, there is a sweeping view of the upland country. Looking southwest here, the farm of Troedyrhiw can be seen in the middle distance, the Afon Taf rises just below it to the east; on the horizon the radio mast at Pentre Galar.
