The former police station at 137 High Street. Vacant but not yet advertised for sale. In the event of it appearing on the market I suggest a description along the following lines “Convenient to the centre of the vibrant town of Holywood, schools, churches, Belfast City Airport and many local amenities, this site benefits from a substantial area to the rear which has considerable potential for development as residential or commercial use – subject to planning”. There is no charge for re-use of this hyperbole!
