Granted a licence in 1855, the hotel was affectionately known as Big Windsor to distinguish it from the smaller Windsor Arms. Now home to an eating house, the building is listed, grade II, with details at: http://cadwpublic-api.azurewebsites.net/reports/listedbuilding/FullReport?lang=en&id=14019
