Clock Tower on Upper Green

The inscribed doggerel on three sides reads 'I labour here with all my might to tell the time by day and night. For every hour there is a record. For every hour that comes there is a hope' The clock chimed away as I recorded the scene on Christmas Day 2016. The clock marks the coronation of King George V.
