A large office building that also includes a berthing area for yachts. Part of a timber pond on the 1875 OS map which was slowly developed throughout the 20th century, initially becoming a timber yard in the 1930s, then known as Maxwell Wharf in the 1950s before the current building was built in the 1960s housing the local RNR headquarters from 1968 until closure in 1994.
