In June 2016, a TO LET board is on the wall of the former Apple Jacks diner at 17 Church Street. Five blue notices on the windows give details of The Big Beer Company Limited's application for the grant of a new premises licence for The Small Bar 17 Church Street Cardiff under the Licensing Act 2003.
