Many model engineers build scale traction engines in 3", 4" or even 6" (half full-size) scales but this is a 12" (i.e. full size) replica of John Fowler B6 road locomotive No. 16263 'Talisman' built in 1925 for Norman E Box of Manchester. To give an idea of scale, the rear wheels are 7' diameter.
