On the extreme left can be made out Moorfields multi-storey car park. The first floor of this development is currently occupied by Jason Thomas Performing Arts, but when I was based there in 1989-90 was occupied by Albany Life Assurance, a small financial services company which was bought by Canada Life in the mid-1990s.
