A view of Donegall Quay from Oxford Street – considerably changed since this photograph Image The Royal Mail building (between Tomb Street and Donegall Quay) occupies an area much of which is given over to vehicle parking. It’s hard not to wonder whether the privatised undertaking has any plans to move and release this prime site for redevelopment.
