Viewed from Aberthaw Road. The allotments entrance is from East Grove Road. The Newport City Council website states that allotment sites in the city are available to Newport residents. Contact an allotment site secretary to ask about availability and to apply for an allotment. Newport City Council will deal with pricing, eligibility for discounts, billing, cancellation of tenancy and repairs on allotments (except self-managed sites). Discounts may be offered to senior citizens and people with a disability badge.
