Recently completed block of apartments adjacent to Girton House that replaces an older Victorian building, see Image, that was demolished around 2012, and was originally known as Walsingham Mansions. The plot to the right has now been vacant for a decade since the former Sackville Hotel was demolished after its roof collapsed during restoration in 2006.
