Built in the 1970s on the site of 231-235 Kingsway. See http://regencysociety-jamesgray.com/volume15/source/jg_15_063.html for an image of these houses taken prior to demolition in 1972. The flats occupy the whole block between Braemore Road and Langdale Gardens.
